2. Back up and pack securely
Back up if possible, switch the MacBook off, protect it with multiple layers of bubble wrap and use a strong box with no movement inside.
3. Diagnosis and firm quote
We confirm receipt, assess the fault and send the repair scope and quote. No paid work begins until you approve.
4. Repair and full testing
The approved repair is completed and the MacBook is tested for the original fault and relevant functions.
5. Insured return courier
Once payment and delivery details are confirmed, the device is securely packed and returned to you by courier.
